Absolutely. Many clients aren’t sure what they need - that’s why the consultation exists. I’ll help identify the most effective approach. 

I’m flexible. Whether you need a one-off project (e.g. a branding refresh or a new product launch task) or ongoing marketing support, I can set up a plan that aligns with your requirements. 

I'll ask for background on your business (goals, target audience, current marketing), access to any existing materials (branding, previous campaigns, analytics if applicable) and a clear brief or vision of what you’d like to achieve. The more info you share, the more effective my work will be. 

For most projects, yes - a deposit confirms your booking and allows me to begin work. Details are included in your proposal. 

Yes. Once I’ve completed and delivered the work and you’ve confirmed satisfaction, you’ll have full ownership of all deliverables (graphics, copy, branding assets, etc.) unless otherwise agreed. 

Yes, depending on the scope of the revisions and time required. For ongoing clients, I can provide ongoing support, updates or tweaks. For one-off projects,  include a set number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds) to ensure you're happy. This will be specified in your proposal. 

 Yes! I offer continued support, updates, and marketing guidance for businesses that want help beyond the initial project.

Well, it's not as expensive as you think. Marketing is an investment to your business. I will tailor a solution by working with you, that works for you. I love to work with start-ups and entrepreneurs who have a desire to grow and truly value the need for common-sense marketing. 

My rates start from £99 an hour.  The more hours you use me, the cheaper hourly rate becomes. 

I find most clients book 3 hours a month. Some only a day a month and others as of when they need support, so I can offer a flexible solution that suits you.
