Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services: The marketing services provided by Marketing Made Eazy include: Marketing Consultancy, Photography, Social Media Marketing and Creative Design. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client authorizes Marketing Made Eazy to perform these services on their behalf.
Fees and Payment: The Client agrees to pay Marketing Made Eazy the fees outlined in the digital marketing services contract. Payment must be made in full and on time. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the digital marketing services contract with written notice. If the Client terminates the contract, they are responsible for paying all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the digital marketing services contract confidential. This includes but is not limited to client lists, marketing strategies, and financial information.
Ownership of Work: All work performed by Marketing Made Eazy remains the property of Marketing Made Eazy. The Client may not use any of the work performed by Marketing Made Eazy for any other purpose than the agreed-upon marketing services.
Liability: Marketing Made Eazy is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the Client as a result of the digital marketing services provided. The Client assumes all liability for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from their use of the digital marketing services provided.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Marketing Made Eazy harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of their use of the digital marketing services provided.
Governing Law: The digital marketing services contract will be governed by the laws of the state in which Marketing Made Eazy is incorporated.
Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified by Marketing Made Eazy at any time. The Client will be notified in writing of any changes to the terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement: This digital marketing services contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and Marketing Made Eazy. It supersedes all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal.
